Introducing All Hands Raised

(formerly known as the Portland Schools Foundation)

All Hands Raised is the organization managing the Cradle to Career (C2C) partnership in Portland and Multnomah County. We also steward PPS parent-led fundraising and manage the PPS Equity Fund through our Portland Public Schools Foundation program. Our mission is to champion education, equity and excellence inside and outside of the classroom.
