All Hands Raised brings together local business, government, non-profit organizations, faith community, parents, students and community stakeholders to ensure the sustained success of every child in Portland and Multnomah County from cradle to career.

2013-14 PPSF Equity Fund Grants Awarded
In 2012 PPS parents raised a record $3.68 million, providing direct support to classrooms and students. The Portland Public Schools Foundation announced the 2013-14 PPSF Equity Fund Grants to 39 PPS schools and five alternative programs. These grants are made possible because of the heroic efforts of the 42 PPS Local School Foundations and their parent and school communities.

Ninth Grade Counts Summer Guide Released
More than 25 organizations and school districts represented in the Ninth Grade Counts Collaborative are preparing for the summer with a singular focus: ensuring that more local students enter high school prepared to succeed by leveraging summer. To help a 2013 Guide was published in English, Spanish and Vietnamese and is available online and through school counselors and advisors.
